Dr. Wolpert has been with Siouxland Urology Associates for the past 25 years. He grew up in Onawa, Iowa, and attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, where he earned his undergraduate and medical degrees. Dr. Wolpert began his current practice in 1977 after completing an internship and residency at St. Paul Ramsey Hospital, St. Paul, Minnesota.

 David D. Howard, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Howard joined Siouxland Urology Associates in 1981. He grew up in Sioux City, Iowa, attended Cornell College, Mt. Vernon, Iowa, for his undergraduate degree and the University of South Dakota for graduate studies. Dr. Howard completed his medical degree, internship, and residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa. While at the University of Iowa, Dr. Howard was awarded and completed the American Cancer Society Clinical Fellowship.

 Patrick M. Walsh, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Walsh joined Siouxland Urology Associates in 1990. He grew up in Sioux City, Iowa, and attended Stanford University in Stanford, California, where he earned his undergraduate degree. Dr. Walsh completed his medical degree at the Universiy of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. He finished his internship and residency a the University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston, Texas.

 Kenneth E. McCalla, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. McCalla joined Siouxland Urology Associates in 1992. He grew up in Laramie, Wyoming, and attended the University of Wyoming, Laramie, Wyoming, where he earned his undergraduate degree. Dr. McCalla completed his medical degree at Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska, and finished his internship and residency at St. Paul Ramsey Medical Center, St. Paul, Minnesota.

 Timothy G. Kneib, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Kneib joined Siouxland Urology Associates in 1998. He grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City, Kansas, for his undergraduate degree. Dr. Kneib earned his medical degree at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas. He completed his internship and residency in general surgery at the University of Tennessee, Memphis, Tennessee.

Dr. Block joined Siouxland Urology Associates in 2007. He grew up in Sibley, Iowa, and attended the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa for his undergraduate degree. Dr. Block completed his medical degree, internship and residency at the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa.

Luke Herdina joined Siouxland Urology Associates in 2006. He grew up in Olivia, Minnesota, and received his undergraduate degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. Herdina attended Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa where he earned his master’s degree as a Physician Assistant.
